You can find us on the 2nd floor, front side of the 12 28 building in Subash Nagar. It’s Mr. Sujit Ku Sinha’s property. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but it also means a lot of stairs for everyone. It’s a residential area in New Delhi 110027 E, so we see a lot of neighbors coming in. Our office feels more like a lived-in room than a cold bank branch. We have calendars from three years ago still hanging on the wall because nobody felt like taking them down. The desks are pushed together and there’s always a stack of forms near the entrance. We spend our time helping people with their savings accounts and checking their balances. It isn't a high-pressure environment. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the local shopkeepers. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the counter. Sometimes the internet cables get tangled under the desks and we have to crawl down there to fix them. It’s just how things work here. The afternoon light hits the front windows quite hard, making it a bit warm. We just keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a simple, local place for the folks in Subash Nagar to handle their money without any extra stress.
