Our branch is located at J 8 72 in Rajouri Garden. If you’ve spent any time in this part of New Delhi, you know how lively and packed it can get. We’re right in the middle of all that energy. The building is a standard Rajouri Garden structure, nothing that really stands out from the street. Inside, we have our desks and the usual banking equipment. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of the month when everyone seems to have errands at the same time. We spend our days processing papers and talking to locals about their accounts. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. We don't use any fancy language here; we just tell people what they need to know to get their banking sorted. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because of the Delhi heat. Some of us have been working at this branch for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change and grow. It’s a very grounded place to work. You see all sorts of people, from retirees to young folks starting their first jobs. We’re just here to handle the financial side of things for the neighborhood. No big marketing stunts, just the daily routine of a bank in a busy Delhi suburb. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday. We just try to get the queues moving as fast as we can.
