If you know the Mohan Garden Extension area in Uttam Nagar, you probably know how busy it gets. That’s where we are, at B-246/247 on the upper ground floor. Housify Builders Private Limited has been around this neighborhood for a bit now. We don't do anything too fancy. We just build houses. It sounds simple, but anyone who has ever tried to build something in this part of town knows it never is. There are always delays with the rain or getting the right bricks delivered through the narrow streets. Our office is a practical space. We’ve got some chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the drawings. We aren't big on those glossy brochures you see in the malls. Most of our clients are just families looking to add a floor or start a new home on a plot they bought. We know the local soil and the local people. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the municipal office and making sure the electrical guys show up when they say they will. We’ve had our fair share of long days where nothing goes right, but that’s just part of the job. We keep at it because people need places to live. You can find us near the extension most days, usually arguing with a contractor or checking on a delivery. We’ve got deep roots in Uttam Nagar.
