Our office is tucked away in Beriwala Bagh, which is part of Hari Nagar. The address is Wz 62 J 23A. It’s a bit of a maze to find if you aren’t from around here. We’ve been here for a while, working under the Honeywell International India Pvt Ltd name. It’s a small space, nothing like those big offices you see in Gurgaon or south Delhi. We have a few desks and a lot of paper stacked up. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we manage. The team here is just a handful of people. We’ve grown used to the neighborhood and the local shops. It’s a very lived-in part of New Delhi. We don’t do anything too fancy. Mostly we’re just on the phone or handling the local distribution and paperwork. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we just take a break and chat for a few minutes. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the heat. It’s a practical way to work without the corporate pressure. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings coming up, old ones getting torn down. But we’ve stayed in our little spot in Hari Nagar. It’s not perfect, but it’s where we do our business every day. It feels like home now and we just get on with things without any fuss.
