Our office is located on the first floor, at 23/38A in Tilak Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s always buzzing with activity. We are right in the middle of it. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with cars and shoppers. We handle various car-related matters from this spot. It’s not a huge office, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We’ve got our desks, our computers, and plenty of tea to get us through the day. Working in West Delhi means dealing with all sorts of people, and we like the variety. Things can get a bit loud outside with the market noise, but we’re used to it by now. We don't go for any corporate polish here. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because often they are. It’s about being helpful and getting the car paperwork or sales details sorted out without making it too complicated. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up everything, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been here long enough that people in the neighborhood know our building. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just making sure the car business runs as smoothly as it can in a busy place like Tilak Nagar.
