We’ve been operating Home Land Properties out of East Patel Nagar for quite some time. Specifically, you can find us at number 41363. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, nothing too flashy, which suits us just fine. I remember when we first moved in, the street looked a bit different, but the vibe is still the same. We just go about our business day by day. Most of the people around here know who we are. It’s a solid location for a business like ours. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular office at 41363 East Patel Nagar where we sit and handle things. Sometimes it gets a little cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are decent and it’s easy enough to get to. I usually walk to work since I live nearby. It makes things easier. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. We just stay here and wait for people to drop by. It’s been a long road to get where we are, but being in East Patel Nagar has been good for us. We're just regular folks trying to make a living and help out where we can. If you’re walking down the street, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there forever. We're just Home Land Properties, nothing more, nothing less. It's a humble spot but it’s ours.
