Our office is located at 1/18 C, and if you are looking for a landmark, we are right near Cuppu Cafe. It is a busy little spot and having the cafe nearby is actually pretty handy when we need a quick break or a cup of tea during the day. Most people who come to see us use the cafe as their guide to find the door. We work on land and property matters here. It is not a very big space, just a regular room with some desks and chairs where we can sit down and look over papers. We have been at this 1/18 C address for some time now. The street can get a bit noisy with traffic, but inside it stays fairly calm. We are just a small team of developers trying to keep things moving. We look at different plots and local properties around this part of town. It is mostly just us sitting here handling the day-to-day requirements that come with land development. We do not use any fancy systems, just standard folders and a lot of patience. If you walk past Cuppu Cafe, you have basically found us. We are not trying to be anything big or flashy. Just a local business doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the weather makes the walk a bit long, but being near the cafe helps. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood since we started our work at this specific location.
