Himalaya Decorators & Caterers

Himalaya Decorators & Caterers is over at Mahaveer Nagar 2. It’s a simple setup we have here. We handle food and decorations for different events. The space at number 2 is mostly used for storing our catering equipment and some of the decor items like linens and poles. It can get pretty crowded inside when we have everything packed up for a big job. Mahaveer Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something happening on our street. We start pretty early in the morning, especially if we have a lunch event to prepare for. You can often smell whatever is being prepped if you walk by. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes to see us, we just pull up a chair in the main room. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. The walls have a few scuffs from moving crates around, and the floor is concrete. It’s built for work, not for show. We know our regulars and they know where to find us. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things quiet down in the evening. It’s a local operation and we take it one day at a time. We just focus on getting the food and the looks of the party right for the neighbors.
