Hewitt Associates

Our place is at B 1 68 in Janak Puri. It’s a standard address in New Delhi, right near the border where people sometimes think it’s Haryana, but it’s 110058. Hewitt Associates has been here for a long time. The building is an older one. It has those thick walls that stay cool in the summer. We have a few rooms that we use for different tasks. It’s not one big open hall. We like having the separate spaces. Janak Puri is a big residential and commercial hub, so there is always something going on. We see the same people walking by every morning. Our office doesn't have any bright lights or modern art. Just some wooden desks and a lot of paper. We try to keep things organized, but it doesn't always stay that way. When we have a lot of work, the place feels small. But we make it work. We don't spend money on marketing or making the place look like a bank. It’s just a house that we turned into a workspace. Most of the people working here live nearby. It makes the commute easy. We just focus on what needs doing for the day. B 1 68 is our home base. It’s a solid, quiet enough spot in a busy city. We just keep our heads down and work. There isn't much more to it. We show up, drink our tea, and get through the piles of paper.
