Our office is a straightforward place where we get our daily tasks done. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, but it suits us just fine. We have a few rooms filled with desks and all the stuff you’d expect in an office. It can get a little messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't really follow a strict corporate culture here. It’s more about just being decent people and getting the work finished on time. We often have the radio playing in the background or just talk about what’s happening in the news while we work. The neighborhood is pretty typical for Delhi—busy and a bit dusty, but full of life. We like being here because everything we need is close by. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work for Hewitt Associates, and try to keep things moving along. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We aren't trying to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local office in Janak Puri doing our bit every day.
