Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates is based out of the MIG Flats in Vikas Puri, specifically over at AG1 139 C. This is the 110018 area of New Delhi. It’s one of those residential neighborhoods where things are always happening. The flats are older but they have a bit of character to them. We’ve set up our workspace here because it’s convenient and feels more like a community than a big glass office tower. You have to walk through the gate and find our block, which isn't too hard once you get the hang of the numbering. There are kids playing outside sometimes and people walking their dogs. Our office is just a regular flat converted into a working space. We have our computers and files spread out across the rooms. The kitchen area is mostly used for making tea or coffee during the breaks. It’s a bit of a walk from the main market, but we like it because it stays a little bit quieter. The walls are painted a simple off-white and we have some basic furniture. It’s not about looking fancy for us, it’s just about having a steady place to come to every morning. We know the security guards and the local vendors. It’s a very normal way to run things. We just stay focused on the day's chores and keep the place tidy enough to work in.
