Hermes Realbuild Private Limited

Our office is over in the Kirti Nagar industrial area, at 10/60. If you know the area, you know it’s always moving and a bit loud with all the workshops around. Hermes Realbuild Private Limited has been based here because it makes sense for the kind of work we handle. It’s not the cleanest place in the world—there’s usually some dust from the wood shops nearby—but it suits us well enough for our daily routine. We have enough space to breathe and get things sorted without feeling too cramped. Most days involve a lot of coming and going, checking on materials, and chatting with the people in the neighboring units. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor or having a shiny front door. The office is just a place to keep the paperwork straight and meet people when we need to. Kirti Nagar is a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but once you find our spot, you'll see we’re just regular folks trying to make things work. We’ve been around this industrial patch for some time now and it feels like home. You won't find any marble floors here, just concrete and hard work. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we manage with a couple of fans and some cold water. That’s just the way life is at the industrial estate, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
