Hdfc Bank Phonebanking

We are the phonebanking unit for Hdfc Bank and we work out of G 1 498 near Dal Mill Road. This is in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi, zip code 110059. Unlike a regular branch where people walk in all the time, our day is mostly spent on the phones. It can be quite a loud place with everyone talking at once, but we are used to the noise. Dal Mill Road is a busy area, and there is always some kind of traffic or construction going on outside. We mostly just keep our heads down and answer the calls coming in. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, checking details on the screen, and trying to help people with their banking problems over the line. We don’t have a fancy lobby because we don’t really see the public here. It’s just a workplace with a lot of headsets and computers. The lunchroom is where we all gather to catch a break from the phones. It’s a hardworking environment, not very glamorous at all. We deal with all sorts of questions from all over, and sometimes the days feel very long. But we are a solid team in Uttam Nagar. We just keep the lines open and do our best to stay on top of the queue. That’s the daily reality for us here on Dal Mill Road, and we just keep plugging away at it.
