We’re over at C-27 in Adhyapak Nagar, which is right off the Najafgarh Road in Nangloi. Delhi 110041 is a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. The office isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s a small, practical space where we manage all the cable and data work for the area. Most of the time, the place is a bit of a mess with tools and coils of wire sitting in the corners. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors, because they usually are. When something breaks, we hear about it pretty fast. The traffic on Najafgarh Road is always heavy, so getting around can be a bit of a struggle, but we manage. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the wall. We just have a list of things to get done each day. Some days are smoother than others. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, even if it doesn’t always look that way to an outsider. It’s a straightforward business, and we like being part of the Nangloi community. If you see us out with our ladders or bags of tools, that’s just us doing our regular thing.
