The traffic outside is almost always heavy, but you get used to the noise after a while. Our office is a simple setup. We deal with infrastructure projects, which means a lot of technical stuff and dealing with different crews. We aren't trying to be fancy. The chairs are a bit old, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time checking on materials and schedules. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure things get built right. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and keeping the records straight. Some days are long, especially when there are delays we can't control. We just deal with problems as they come up. Milap Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central to where we need to be. We’ve had this office for some time. There’s a tea stall around the corner where we usually get our morning fix. We don't talk about being the best or anything like that. We just do the work we are given. It’s a straightforward life here. We focus on the blueprints and the site reports and try to keep everything moving forward. It is just daily labor.
