Gulshan Material Corpn. is located at 6, Shopping Centre in Karampura. We’ve been a registered business here for a long time. The shopping centre is a local hub, so there’s always people milling about and various shops doing their thing. We deal with materials—mostly building and construction stuff that people need for their projects. Our shop is full of samples and stock, so it’s a bit cramped inside. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just sit at the counter, talk to the contractors who come in, and help them find what they need for their jobs. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the stock doesn't arrive as expected, but that’s just the reality of the material business. We know most of the regulars by name since they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. No corporate jargon, just talk about quality and price. The area can get pretty busy, especially on weekends when everyone is working on their homes. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening, helping whoever walks through the door. It’s a family-run place, so you’ll usually find one of us behind the desk or out back checking the inventory.
