You can find us at 280/B1 in Uttam Nagar, right on the Main Najafgarh Road. We are directly opposite Arya Samaj Road, which is a very busy intersection. Because of our location, Gulati Property Dealer is always in the middle of the noise. There’s the sound of the metro overhead and the constant honking of horns outside. The office itself is quite small and tucked away. We’ve got a couple of desks pushed against the wall and some old photos of the neighborhood from back when it was less crowded. Every morning we open up and start the day by cleaning the front window, which gets dirty from the road traffic almost immediately. We aren't big on marketing or anything like that. Most people just see our board while they are stuck in traffic and decide to stop by. We have a lot of regular visitors who just come in to say hello or ask about the latest prices in Uttam Nagar. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we have a small cooler that we keep running. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and ledgers, but we know where everything is. It’s just a typical local property shop where we take things one day at a time and try to stay helpful to the people in the community. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if there's someone still looking around.
