Grip Builtech Llp

Grip Builtech is based in Ashok Nagar, specifically at D-805 in Gali No. 8. This is in the East Delhi area, which is always crowded and full of life. We are a small LLP and we don't have a big fancy storefront. It’s just an office where we get things done. When you walk down Gali 8, you’ll see a lot of small shops and houses. We fit right in. Our days are filled with phone calls to vendors and checking on building sites. We keep our blueprints rolled up in the corner and there’s always a thin layer of dust on everything from the construction nearby. It’s not a quiet place to work, but the energy of the neighborhood keeps us moving. We don't have a lot of rules about how things are done, as long as the work gets finished properly. Sometimes we have meetings sitting on plastic chairs because the good ones are being used for a project. We drink a lot of local chai and try to stay on top of the regulations. Dealing with the paperwork for the city can be a real pain. We’ve had some tough days when things didn't go as planned, but we just keep trying. The office is our home base for all the messy work that happens out in the field. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a busy life here.
