Govil Properties

Govil Properties is based over here at CB 102C in the DDA Flats area of Hari Nagar. If you know New Delhi at all, you probably know how busy it gets right near the DDU Hospital. That is basically where we are every day of the week. We spend a lot of our time just sitting in the office dealing with various bits of paperwork and talking to people who walk in looking for a place or trying to sort out their property stuff. It is not always the most exciting work in the world. Sometimes the ceiling fan just hums and we wait for the phone to ring while the tea gets cold. We have seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the last few years. The traffic on the main road can be a real headache in the mornings, but we manage to get here and get the shutters up. Most of our day is spent looking over files or walking around the nearby blocks to check on how the buildings are looking. It is a very local operation, nothing too fancy or large. We just know these streets around Hari Nagar pretty well by now. People come by, ask questions about the flats, and we tell them what we know. It is just a regular job for us. We keep the doors open and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit chaotic with all the files piling up on the old desk. It is just how it goes.
