GNEXT DESIGN & BUILD PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re GNEXT DESIGN & BUILD PRIVATE LIMITED, located at House Number 79 in Gali No 23, B Block of Inraprastha. Our setup is pretty modest. We try to handle both the design part and the actual building part because it’s usually easier when one group does both. Otherwise, things tend to get lost in translation between the architect and the laborers. Being in Inraprastha means we’re right in the middle of a lot of residential growth. We see new stuff going up every day. Our office is a bit of a mess with blueprints, color samples, and half-finished sketches lying around. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people just come in and sit with us while we talk through what they want their place to look like. It’s a lot of back and forth, trying to fit big ideas into small spaces. We’ve had our share of late nights trying to finish a drawing or figuring out a plumbing issue. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just tell you what can be done and what can't. Sometimes the answer isn't what people want to hear, but we’d rather be honest than deal with a disaster later. It’s a busy life, but seeing a project go from a messy sketch to a real building is why we keep doing it. We enjoy the local projects and the neighbors we meet.
