This office in Hind Nagar Chouhandi is where we handle the development side of things. We are located at WZ-20 on the first floor. It’s the same building where we do a lot of our planning. We decided to focus on development because there’s always a need for better housing around here. The space is simple, just a few tables and some chairs for when people come by to talk. We aren't trying to be some big, flashy company from the city center. We like being tucked away in this part of town. It’s more honest that way. My cousins and I grew up not far from here, so we know the streets and the buildings quite well. When we take on a project, we spend a lot of time just walking around the site and figuring things out. You won't find us using a lot of big words or making promises we can't keep. We just look at the land and see what can be built. The paperwork takes a lot of our time, but that’s just part of the job in Delhi. Our neighbors know us by name, which is how we like it. If the door is open, it means we’re inside working on something new. We don’t have a receptionist, so you just come in and say hello. It’s a quiet place to get things done without any of the usual office drama. We try to keep things moving along even when the bureaucracy slows us down.
