Giransh Buildcon India Private Limited is based in Inderpuri, which is right in the Central Delhi area. Our office is on the 3rd floor at House No 237, Plot No 18, over in Blk- WZ. It’s one of those buildings where you really feel the character of the neighborhood. Being on the third floor means a bit of a climb, but it gives us a decent view of what’s happening on the street below. Delhi-110012 is a central spot, so we end up traveling all over the city from here. The office itself is usually cluttered with blueprints and half-finished cups of tea. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re mostly focused on the builds we have going on. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Inderpuri over the years, and we’ve just kept doing our thing through it all. Most people who work here live nearby, so we don't have those long commutes some people have to deal with. We try to stay on top of the regulations and the supplies, which is a full-time job in itself. It’s not a fancy corporate life, but it suits us just fine. We just try to be fair and get the jobs finished without too much fuss or drama along the way. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s just us catching up on the logbooks.
