Ggb India is located on the second floor of F-143 over in Mansarovar Garden. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we are carrying samples or paperwork. Ramesh Nagar is a lively area, and there is always something going on outside on the streets. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for what we need. It’s mostly desks and shelves filled with technical manuals and some product examples. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages from people asking about different industrial parts. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. The air conditioner in the corner has a mind of its own and sometimes makes a weird clicking sound, but it keeps the heat away during the summer months. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and one of us will look up from what we are doing to help you out. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been based in this part of Delhi for a while and know the local spots for tea and snacks. The work is steady and involves a lot of technical details that might seem boring to some, but it’s what we know. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily flow of business without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
