We are based at 1014 Vikas Kunj in the Vikas Puri area of New Delhi. It is right in the 110018 zip code. This office is actually a converted space inside a residential neighborhood, which makes for a nice change of pace. We don't have to deal with the intense traffic of the main city hubs every morning. There is a small park just down the street where some of us take a quick walk in the evenings. The building is a standard Delhi structure, nothing too flashy or modern. Inside, we have three rooms that are pretty much packed with computers and stacks of folders. When the whole team is in, it can feel a bit snug. We have books piled on almost every flat surface. It’s a real working environment, not a place designed for show. The paint on the walls is getting a bit old, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Finding the house number can be a challenge for new delivery drivers, but they usually figure it out after a call. We have a small corner for making tea and coffee. The desks are a mix of different styles we’ve collected over the years. We didn't bother with a formal lobby because we don't get many visitors. We just focus on getting through our daily list of projects at Gerson Lehrman Group.
