Gera Properties

We’re located over at E 205 in Patel Nagar West, not too far from Jhulewala Park. It’s a residential area mostly, so Gera Properties feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a stiff office. People often walk their dogs or take their kids to the park nearby, and we see them passing by our window all day. Our space isn't very large, just enough for a few desks and a place for people to sit down and talk about houses. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to check on different apartments in the West Patel Nagar blocks. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on with the local shops or the street traffic. We don't really do the whole corporate thing; we prefer just chatting with people and figuring out what they actually need. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pens and paper, but we manage. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know which buildings are good and which ones have issues with the plumbing or the stairs. It’s just honest work, helping people find a place to stay or sell their old family home without making it a big complicated deal.
