Genpact

We are located at C4G39B in Janakpuri, New Delhi 110058. It is a specific block that can be a little confusing if it is your first time visiting. Genpact has been here for a while. The office is part of a larger residential and commercial mix. It feels like a very lived-in space. We have our desks set up in a way that everyone can see each other. It makes it easier to talk about things without having to get up. The walls are a bit plain, but we have some calendars and charts pinned up. Janakpuri is a massive area, so we are glad to have this little corner for ourselves. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, although the dust can be a bit much sometimes. We have a water cooler in the corner and a small shelf for our bags. It is not a place with big glass windows or a shiny front desk. It is just a work environment where we do what we need to do. Most of us take the metro or bus to get here. The walk from the station isn't too bad. We just come in, do our bits, and head home. It is a very standard, no-frills kind of office. We like the simplicity of it. It is just us working in Janakpuri. We usually keep a spare key under the mat just in case someone forgets theirs.
