Genpact

We operate out of Db 69E in the LIG Flats of Hari Nagar. It is a residential area in New Delhi 110064, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate office. Genpact is located right here among the other flats. It is a bit of a maze if you are not used to the block numbers, but once you find us, it is easy. We have a couple of rooms converted into our workspace. It is quiet for the most part, except when the kids are playing outside in the evenings. We like the local feel of it. There is no big sign outside, just our address. We have our desks pushed up against the walls to make more room in the middle. The lighting is okay, but we use desk lamps for the late evenings. Hari Nagar is a decent place to be. We have been here for some time and know the neighbors. Sometimes we share a tea with the people next door. It is not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or elevators. We just walk up and get to work. Everything is very grounded. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the LIG Flats. It is a humble setup, but it serves our needs perfectly for now. We usually lock up the main gate by eight every night. This works out well for everyone.
