Genpact

C5D 46A in Janak Puri is where Genpact spends most of its time. Janak Puri is a massive area, but our little corner is where everything happens for us. It’s in New Delhi 110058, and if you’ve ever been around here, you know the layout can be a bit confusing with all the blocks and numbers. Our place is straightforward, though. We’ve got a couple of rooms filled with our equipment and a lot of wires that we really should tidy up one day. The neighbors are mostly families, so it feels safe and lived-in. Genpact isn’t looking to impress anyone with a big glass front or a fancy entrance. We just have a door and some stairs. Inside, it’s usually humming with the sound of computers and maybe a radio playing softly in the background. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep ourselves going. The furniture is a mix of stuff we’ve picked up over the years, so nothing really matches, but it’s all sturdy enough. We like the local market nearby for lunch breaks, though we usually just bring stuff from home. It’s a busy life, and we are just another small part of the neighborhood, trying to keep up with everything. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and do the job at Genpact in this little spot in Delhi.
