Genpact

We are based at 107 Charak Sadan Apartments in Vikaspuri. Genpact has been using this space in New Delhi for a bit now. Since we are in an apartment building, it doesn’t really feel like a cold corporate office. It has more of a lived-in feel, which most of us actually prefer. Vikaspuri is a busy part of Delhi, and being in Charak Sadan makes it easy to find us once you’re in the right block. We have our setup inside, and it’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. The neighbors are mostly families and other small businesses, so it stays pretty grounded and normal. We don't have any fancy lobby or a receptionist at a big marble desk. We just have our workspace where we get things done. It’s a simple arrangement that suits us fine. Sometimes the parking in the area can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just life in New Delhi 110018. We like the location because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby when we're on a lunch break. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a tall glass building. This apartment works perfectly fine for our needs. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s just a normal office in a normal neighborhood, and that’s how we like to keep it.
