Genpact

Working out of Old Mahavir Nagar has its own unique rhythm. Our address is S 2 101A, New Delhi 110018. It’s a very lived-in neighborhood, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. The office is located in a spot that feels very much a part of the local community. We don’t have a big glass facade or a security desk at the entrance. It’s just Genpact, situated in a regular building where we’ve set up our computers and phones. The space at S 2 101A is filled with the usual office stuff—stacks of papers, half-empty water bottles, and the occasional tangled mess of chargers. We don't worry about being perfectly organized all the time as long as the work gets done. The commute can be a bit of a struggle with the narrow lanes and the morning traffic, but that’s just part of living in Delhi. We usually spend the first part of the morning just getting settled and checking what needs urgent attention. There’s a certain comfort in the lack of pretense here. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We’re just a bunch of folks doing our jobs in a busy part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, and the air conditioning might struggle in the peak of summer, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a simple routine that we’ve all gotten used to over the years.
