Started at B 90A Chankya Place quite a while ago. It’s one of those spots in New Delhi where you really feel the city moving around you. We aren't tucked away in some shiny glass tower. It’s a real neighborhood. Some mornings the commute is a total mess, but once we get inside the building, things settle down. We’ve got a small crew here. Everyone knows each other's coffee orders or who is likely to be late because of the bus. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of work to get through. It’s a practical space. Sometimes the power goes out for a second and we all just wait for the backup to kick in, no big deal. We focus on getting the daily tasks finished so we can all get back to our families. It’s not the kind of place you see in a brochure. It’s just Genpact India's local branch here. We deal with the paperwork and the digital stuff just like everyone else. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We're just people doing a job in a busy part of the city. We like it that way because it feels real. No one is trying to impress anyone here. We just want to do the work right and keep things moving.
