Genius Hr Consultancy is based in the GH 14 block of Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. Our office is at number 614. If you know Paschim Vihar, it’s a big residential area with lots of apartment blocks, and we are located right in one of them. It makes the workplace feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We spend our days dealing with HR matters, which means the phones are almost always ringing. There are piles of resumes on the desks and we are constantly talking to people about jobs and hiring. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. The room we work in has big windows, but mostly we are looking at our screens. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place with some computers, a couple of landlines, and enough chairs for everyone. Sometimes people come in for interviews, and it can get a bit crowded in the hallway. Paschim Vihar is a nice place to work because it’s quiet enough but still has everything we need close by. We usually get tea from a shop just down the street. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment; we just try to get through the list of people we need to call. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now.
