We are located at R 3 94 in the Nawada Housing Complex in Uttam Nagar. Being in New Delhi, specifically in this area, means we are always surrounded by people and traffic. Our focus is mainly on helping folks get the money they need for their vehicles. The office isn't very large, just some desks and chairs where we go over the loan papers. It’s a lot of calculating numbers and checking documents. We see a lot of people who are excited to buy their first car or a bike for work. It’s nice to be a part of that, though the paperwork can be a headache for everyone involved. We try to explain things clearly so there are no surprises later on. The walls have a few posters of cars and some calendars. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything; most people just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor. Dealing with banks and interest rates is what we do all day long. Sometimes the printer jams when we are in a hurry, which is annoying. Uttam Nagar is a busy place and we fit right in with the local hustle. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us. It’s a decent, hardworking environment. We just want to get the deal done and help people get on the road with their new purchase.
