Gambhir Property

Gambhir Property is over in East Patel Nagar, right near Delhi Gate. It is a busy neighborhood, and our office is easy to find if you are familiar with the area. We have been operating from this location for a good while now. It is not a large operation, just a few of us who know the local streets and buildings inside out. We spend most of our mornings checking through new listings and answering messages from the day before. The afternoon is usually for meeting people at various sites. We do a lot of walking, so we all have comfortable shoes. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some old chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in notes and property maps. We do not really do the whole corporate branding thing. We would rather just talk to people and help them find a place that fits their budget. It can be a bit stressful when a deal is close to finishing, but we just take it one step at a time. We have seen Patel Nagar change a lot over the years, with new metro lines and shops popping up everywhere. We like being part of the local scene here. If you drop by, you might find us arguing over where to get the best lunch or busy on the phone. We do not make big promises, we just do the work that comes our way and hope for the best for everyone involved.
