Freelance Soft Skill Trainer

Being a Freelance Soft Skill Trainer in a place as big as New Delhi keeps me on my toes. I operate out of Wz 149A in Virender Nagar. It’s a residential spot, which I like because it keeps things grounded. Most of my day is spent preparing for sessions on how to talk better, how to handle interviews, or just how to get along with people in an office. I think people worry too much about sounding perfect, so I try to teach them to just be clear and honest. My own setup here is pretty basic—a laptop, a bunch of notebooks, and a lot of coffee. I don’t use any of those fancy training modules that cost a fortune. I just talk to people like they're human. Delhi can be loud and chaotic, but inside my workspace, I try to focus on the basics of communication. I've been doing this for a while now, and while I’m officially a trainer, I feel more like a coach who helps people find their own voice. If you walk past Virender Nagar, you might not even realize there's a business here, but I’m always busy with one client or another. It’s good work because you see people get more confident after just a few sessions. No big mission statements here, just helping folks talk a bit better.
