Fox Homes Llp

Our office is located at 13/30 on the first floor in East Patel Nagar. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood where everyone kind of knows what is going on. Fox Homes Llp is basically our small team trying to make sense of the housing market and building projects. We aren't a big corporate chain with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who sit around the table and plan out how to get a house built or renovated. The first-floor view gives us a good look at the street, which is always full of life. We do a lot of walking back and forth to different sites because being on the ground is the only way to really know what is happening. We deal with plumbers, electricians, and painters all day long. Sometimes they don't show up, and we have to track them down, which is the less fun part of the job. But when you see a place actually starting to look like a home, it feels worth the trouble. We keep our talk simple and our plans straightforward. No one here likes those long, complicated contracts that nobody understands. We just write down what needs to be done and we try our best to get it finished. It is a honest way to make a living and we enjoy being part of the Patel Nagar community. We just do our own thing here.
