Foundation Of Indian Industry Economists

We've been at this spot in Kirti Nagar for a while now. It's on the second floor of N91, which isn't the fanciest building but it works for what we do. People mostly know us as the Foundation Of Indian Industry Economists. We spend most of our days dealing with economic data and looking at how industries in India are actually doing. It gets pretty busy around here with all the paperwork and discussions. New Delhi is a crowded place, and this neighborhood is no different. You walk up the stairs and you'll find us probably looking at some spreadsheets or typing away. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. We just have our desks and our files. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few months. Most of the people here have been working together for years. We aren't trying to be something we're not. It’s just a place where industry economics gets looked at seriously. If you're coming over, just look for the N91 sign near the market area. We usually have tea in the afternoons and keep the windows shut when the dust gets too much. It's a straightforward office. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a bowl of mints. It's more about getting the numbers right and making sure the reports make sense. That’s pretty much the daily life here at our New Delhi office.
