Flexi Homes Private Limited

Our office is over in Runi Saidpur, specifically at Vinay Singh’s place in Morsuand. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here, but the locals know it. We do home construction and related things. Flexi Homes is the name we use. We aren't a huge firm. It’s more of a personal setup. We started this because we wanted to help people build houses that actually work for their families. Sometimes people want a big porch, sometimes they just need an extra room for the kids. We try to figure out what works. Runi Saidpur is a decent area to work in. We have a few guys who help with the actual building work. They’re good workers who don't complain much. The paperwork side of things is handled at the house. It’s not a fancy glass office like you see in the movies. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of tea. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Getting good quality bricks is harder than it used to be. Prices keep going up, which is a headache for everyone. But we do our best to stay on budget. Most of our business comes from neighbors telling other neighbors about us. That’s how things work in a place like this. If you stop by, someone is usually around to talk. We don't have a receptionist, so just knock on the door.
