Fair Job

Fair Job is situated in New Mahaveer Nagar, specifically at L-2/103. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Arya Samaj Mandir in Vikas Puri. It is a landmark that everyone knows, so it makes it easy for people to find us. We mostly deal with helping folks find work nearby or in the city. The office is pretty simple with some old wooden chairs and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We get a lot of young people coming in after they finish school, looking for their first start. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and calling up small businesses to see if they need any extra hands. It can be a bit noisy because of the temple activities and the traffic on the main road. Sometimes we have to shout a bit on the phone to be heard. We keep a big ledger where we write down who came in and what kind of work they are looking for. It’s not a high-tech operation. We mostly rely on talking to people and keeping our ears open for openings. The shop next door makes decent tea, so that’s where we usually are during our short breaks. Vikas Puri is a busy place and we feel right in the middle of it all here. We just try to keep things moving and help whoever walks through the door.
