Excellent World Travels

We've been here in Mayapuri Industrial Area for a while now, up on the second floor of the C-196/2 building. It's a busy part of the city, mostly factories and warehouses around us, but we've found our spot. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just stopping in when they're nearby. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a few computers where we look at flights and train tickets. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or it gets noisy with the industrial work outside, but we manage. We handle the usual stuff like booking trips, sorting out paperwork for visas, and trying to find the right routes for people wanting to go elsewhere. Most days it's just us answering phones and checking schedules. It can get a bit hectic around holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave at once. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much if you're carrying bags, but that's just how the building is. We try to keep things straightforward and don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We're just here from morning until evening, making sure the tickets get issued and people know where they're going. It's regular work, nothing too complicated, but it keeps us busy enough in this part of Phase 2.
