The office can get a bit noisy when the traffic is heavy outside, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We aren't a huge operation with a lot of hierarchy. We all just pitch in and get things done. It feels more like a small family business because we’ve all been working together for so long in this same spot. The building is older, and you can tell, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. It’s just a normal place where we come to do our jobs every day. We usually lock up and head home before the evening rush.
