Erm India Private Limited operates out of Gg Iii 26 in Vikas Puri. This part of New Delhi 110018 is a mix of houses and small businesses, and we fit right in. We aren't a big flashy company with a skyscraper office. Our space is in a regular building in the GG III block. It’s actually quite nice because it feels more like a community than a cold business district. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment and our files. We arrive in the morning, get the tea started, and start working through our lists. There’s no big hierarchy or corporate rules that don't make sense. We just work together to get the job finished. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in this city, so we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s a humble office, but it’s ours. We’ve got some calendars on the walls and a few plants that we try to keep alive. We don't spend money on fancy things because we'd rather just focus on the actual work.
