We are based at H 322 in Vikas Puri, New Delhi. This part of the city, with the 110018 pincode, is where we’ve set up Equis India Corporate Real Estate Services. It’s a residential area mostly, so it doesn’t feel like those cold business districts you see in other parts of Delhi. The office is inside the building and it feels very much like a local spot. We handle real estate stuff, but we do it without all the flashiness. The space is filled with desks, some old maps, and a lot of folders. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. Delhi summers are tough, so our fans are usually running at full speed. We’ve been in Vikas Puri for a while now. You get to know the people walking their dogs or the kids playing nearby. It makes the workday feel a bit more human. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby. We just need a place to sit and talk to people about properties. The furniture is a mix of stuff we’ve picked up over the years. It isn't a matching set, but it’s comfortable enough. We mostly just focus on getting through the paperwork and making sure things are correct. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the quietness of H block.
