Eoh Developers Llp is located over in Rajouri Garden. Our office is at H-64 on the top floor, which is what the T/F in our address stands for. We are quite close to Gambhir Hospital, which is a major landmark that we usually tell people to look for if they are getting lost. Being in West Delhi, Rajouri Garden is a very busy and bustling neighborhood. Our office is a bit of a climb since we are on the top floor, but it’s a decent space once you get up there. We focus on development projects and spend our days managing various sites and dealing with all the legalities and planning involved. It’s a lot of hard work and the phone never really stops ringing. The office itself is pretty plain with just the basic furniture and equipment we need to get through the day. We aren't interested in making it look like a fancy showroom; we just need a place to organize our thoughts and our files. Sometimes it gets a bit hot on the top floor during the summer months, but we just turn on the AC and keep moving. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while and we know the area well. It’s a practical spot for us to run the business and we just focus on doing our work honestly and without any extra fuss or corporate nonsense.
