Our office is over in Janak Puri, specifically at D-1/104 in the D-1 Block. It’s quite close to Lajwanti Garden, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been running E T C Tours Pvt Ltd from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a pretty typical neighborhood office setup. We spend most of our day looking at maps, flight schedules, and booking details. It’s not a very big space, but it fits us just fine. There are usually a few maps pinned to the walls and stacks of brochures that we really should organize better. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s completely silent. Janak Puri is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our window. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people who come here are locals or people who heard about us from someone else. The desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak a little, but we are comfortable here. Planning trips for people is what we do all day. It takes a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong with bookings, which means we have to spend hours on the phone. We just try to get the itineraries right so people can actually enjoy their time away. It’s a lot of practical work that most people don't see when they're on holiday. We just keep at it.
