DVR HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is run out of House No. 47 in Prajapat Mohalla. If you know the Bagdola area in Delhi, you know it is a tight-knit spot. We have been here for a while now. It is a local operation. We deal with homes and buildings. Mostly we are out on sites or talking to neighbors about property stuff. It is not some big glass building in a business park. It is just a house in the mohalla where we keep our files and meet up for meetings. West Delhi is a busy place, and there is always something being built or fixed. We keep things simple here. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us working on the housing side of things. Sometimes the streets get narrow when deliveries come through. We just handle the day-to-day tasks. It is honest work. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. People around Bagdola know where to find us if they have questions. We do not use any fancy talk. We just tell it like it is. Usually, there is a lot of tea and a lot of talking. Building homes takes time and we just stick to the plan.
