You can find us at B-18 in the Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase 1. We are situated right near the metal forging unit, so you will likely hear the heavy machinery before you see our door. It is a noisy, industrial part of the city, and the air is often thick with the smell of iron and diesel. Our office is strictly functional. We have some metal cabinets, a few sturdy chairs, and a desk where we keep all the factory floor plans. It is not a place for luxury, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time helping business owners find warehouse space or small manufacturing sheds in this area. It involves a lot of walking around on uneven roads and checking out buildings that are often quite messy. We have been in Mayapuri for a long time, so we know most of the regular faces around the tea stalls and the workshops. We keep a big water cooler in the corner because it gets incredibly hot inside these industrial blocks during the summer. It is just a few of us here, and we handle everything from showing the sites to finishing up the lease papers. It is gritty work, but someone has to do it. We do not have any fancy brochures, just our experience and a good knowledge of the local industrial plots.
