Dream Homz

Dream Homz is our small real estate office located in the Central Market of Shipra Suncity Society in Indirapuram. You can find us at Shop No 18, which is up on the second floor. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now, helping people find places to live or sell their current homes. It’s a busy market area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. Our office is a simple space with a few desks and chairs where we sit down and talk through options. We don't use high-pressure sales tactics or fancy presentations. We just know the Shipra Suncity area really well because we spend so much time here. Running a business like Dream Homz means listening to what people need and trying to find a match. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things don't go as planned, but we keep at it. We’re local people ourselves, so we have a good feel for the neighborhood. The second-floor location gives us a bit of a view of the market, which is nice. We aren't some big corporate chain; it’s just us trying to make a living by being helpful. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people just walking into Shop No 18 or hearing about us from a neighbor. We just take things one day at a time here at the Central Market.
