Dogra Properties is based at G 136 in Vikaspuri. We’ve been here for years, and most people in the G-block know where our office is. It is just a small place where we handle local real estate stuff. We didn't start this to become some giant corporation; we just liked the idea of helping neighbors buy and sell their homes. The market in Vikaspuri can be a bit tricky, so we stay busy keeping track of who is moving and what plots are opening up. We don't use any fancy software or big sales pitches. Most of our information comes from just being around and talking to people. We handle the usual stuff like rentals, buying, and selling of residential properties. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but we have all the records we need. We try to keep things relaxed and don't push people into decisions. Buying a house is a big deal, so we just give the facts as we know them. Sometimes we have to tell people their price is too high or a house needs too much work, but that’s part of the job. We stay in our lane and focus on this part of town because that is where we have our roots. It is a simple way to make a living and it keeps us connected to the community here. Most of our clients come back to us when they need to move again.
