Doers

Our place, Doers, is over in Hari Nagar on the second floor of the M-36 building. If you know where Guru Harkishan Public School is, we are right across from there. It’s a good landmark because people always get lost looking for the specific house numbers in this part of town. We spend a lot of time looking out the window at the school traffic. Being on the second floor means a lot of stairs, so we get our exercise in. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some desks, some chairs, and whatever equipment we need for the day. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy slogans. We just try to get the work done. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. It’s a neighborhood business, really. We see the same people every day and know the tea stall guy nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with files piled up, but we know where everything is. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs.
